Proper Faith will produce proper works. The relationship between faith and works are the result of faith. In the Bible, faith and works are often “CONTRASTED.” They are not the same thing, and the combination of faith and works “DOES NOT BRING SALVATION.” Salvation is by faith alone (Romans 3: 28 & Galatians 2:16). The religious system and their false teachings, and interpretations are always emphasizing that faith and person’s work will result in salvation. This is NOT TRUE because our good works are “FILTHY RAGS” before God (Isaiah 64:6). We cannot do anything to please God by our good works. In Galatians 2:21 says, “I do not set aside the grace of God; for if righteousness comes through the law (works), then Christ died in vain (needlessly).” Moreover, it is written in Ephesians 2:8, “For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God (NKJV).” Therefore, a real Christian that shows good works are the result of saving faith, not a contributing factor to salvation.
